Hand packing
Hand assembly is used for complicated and unusual packing, or where it does need a specific process. It may also be used when a small volume requirement does not warrant designing or setting up a specific machine.
Hand packing can be very effective for some packaging requirements. We go thorough a specific set up and training routine to use hand packers effectively. Packers are trained on the individual customer requirements, and we constantly monitor performance looking for improvements. This is part of our overall quality process.
